Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

I see you're running a SickBeard script.
Are you sure it's not SickBeard messing up?
Well sickbeard is not being called for these downloads. As I mentioned the only downloads I have problems with are the ones that don't have a script being called. Furthermore the problem still occurs even if SAB is the only app running on the pc. My sickbeard downloads work perfectly, it downloads 4-5 episodes daily without issue. Similarly downloads initiated by Couch Potato work perfectly. It's when I download something manually that doesn't activate a scirpt on completion.
As a test I have changed my download directory to another drive with the same issue, because I suspected the SSD for the deletions.
I'm at a loss! I need a script that will move the files away after unpack... driving me nuts!
The sickbeard downloads, assigned to the TV category, work perfectly as you can see.
All the other downloads you see completed without errors but disappeared without a trace. I know the files get created, because I can see the disk space shrink as they download, then suddenly the disk space re-appears when the files disappear.
You are sure SickBeard is passive when no script runs at the end of the NZB?
Can you try with SickBeard completely off?
You can email your sabnzbd.ini file to bugs at sabnzbd.org and I'll check it.
Don't forget to remove all usernames and passwords!
I tried again running nothing but sab. I rebooted with everything turned off in msconfig, to ensure there was the bare minimum running and of course not sickbeard, to eliminate it being some other app. Same result.
A friend of mine who is a python developer suggested putting breaks in the code, or putting a wrapper around the OS functions. I'm not sure if that makes any sense to you or if it would be a good method of troubleshooting. The fact that I'm the only person with this issue leads me to believe there is nothing wrong with the code and its just my particular machine that has an issue.
