Selecting one File getting 2 Files downloading?

Sorry if I missed the answer, I have looked.

Problem;
It appears I have two separate instances of it running, I have an ocasional popup asking for API and password I eneterd them and now get two files each time I select something to download, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing.  I then updated (installed over) ver. 5.6  it worked until I shut down, the next start, it asked for API again and password, I also have to  start SABnzb 0.5.exc to get it to work now even if I uninstall and reinstall.

win 7
Firefox

First stop the known instance of SABnzbd.
Then use the task manager (Control-Shift-Esc) and check whether
another instance of SABnzbd.exe is present (tab "Processes").
Kill it.

I did check for a second SABnzbd.exe instance while I had it working and it showed one, then when I check the task manager with two files downloading  it also showed one instance of SABnzbd.exe running,

Are you using some plugin for Firefox that interfaces with SABnzbd?
Do you save your NZB files in the "Watched folder" and then upload them
to SABnzbd through the NZB dialog?
