Access from NAS to folder D:\downloads on PC

I have SABnzb 0.5.6 installed on my NAS (DS211j) and want to scan the folder D:\downloads on my PC (W7) so any NZB file I will store in this folder will then be picked up by SABnzbd and will start the download job on the NAS.
Current setting is '/volume1/SABnzbd/NZB'.

I did check several forums and topic 'folder setup' in wiki but was not able to solve this specific question where I was able to find answers to all my other questions before  ;)

Usually a NAS box cannot access shares on other systems.
Why don't you save the NZBs to a folder on a NAS share?
You must then make the internal NAS path /volume1/SABnzbd/NZB available as a share.
