RSS Global Reject / Require

It would be very helpful if there was the ability to add global Reject / Require field(s) that would be applied to all feeds prior to checking the other filters.  ie, I could filter out German listings since I do not speak it, why should I have to go and add it to each of my current feeds.  Instead of just adding it once.  Adding a global require, if I only want xvid, or mkv, .....  I would think that people only want to download one or the other always, so why have to add it to each feed.  Can always manually select a file if it is only available in a non standard format that they are looking for.

Also having the option to select the Category when adding a new feed would enable faster new feed entry.

1. We think the RSS UI is complicated enough now.
There's not enough added value to do this.

2. This is already possible. You can set a category at feed level (and also per filter).

I agree the UI is complicated enough, since each change has to be saved before the next additional filter is added, or modified.  Like having to go back and add additional reject for lang I don't need, for the MANY feeds listed, one at a time.  Since I can not make multiple changes then do a global save.

Fortunately, the RSS UI for release 0.6.0 will be much improved.

I've just found this post while I was looking for "global filters".
I'd really love to see this feature as well. Just to for instance (taken from my own filters) reject "GERMAN" or "DD5" or "BluRay" for TV Shows.

It will require quite a bit of redesign, not something planned for the near future.
There is already some other way to do this.
Create your own pre-queue script that rejects titles with elements that you don't want.
