I hope I explain this correctly. I'm attempting to setup an automated download method for a friend. I have configured the watch folder in Sabnzbd, which actually is a DropBox folder. This works fine and the downloaded files are located in his "Temporary Download Folder". I have configured his Completed folder path to push it in a UnRaid Tower eg; \\tower\disk2\Media\Movies, a disk share. What I don't want is Sabnzbd creating a folder on this share named the "nzb file name". Is it possible to just push the Movie.type directly to the share, without creating a folder?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

No, unless you write your own little user script to do the move.
