After adding news server newsreader0.eweka.nl using the webserver i got the following error.
Incorrect parameter
Server address "newsreader0.eweka.nl:119" is not valid.
address newsreader1.eweka.nl newsreader2.eweka.nl and so on is no problem.
Is this a known problem or is there a solution for this.

sorry i noticed that the account not active was anymore and the news server was changed to the 0 server.
after activating the account the newsserver was changed to valid number.
