I have a new laptop and trying to reinstall these programs. Before, I was able to have it set up to run automatically. But, now it says "find". When i select that, it says"File Type: Unknown
Description: Windows does not recognize this file type."
How do I set it back up to auto-run?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

You're mixing up two things.
One is association of the NZB extension with SABnzbd.
The other is automatic startup when the user logs in.
Both can be set during the installation.
Just run SABnzbd's installation program again and look carefully for the checkboxes.
