Send Completed Extracted Files to 1 folder

hi when i download multiple different nzb files each download item after it is extracted and the rars and pars have been deleted is moved to an individual folder i would like an option to send all items to one main folder that i could for example call USENET DOWNLOADS and then all the files are placed in there and that way i don't have to keep going into each individual folder and select cut then going to main folder and pasting then going to next individual folder and repeating the process

basically i would like all files to be extracted and moved to one big folder without any individual folders
