I'm downloading to a Home Server.
The share I'm trying to put TV in is the Home Server "Recorded TV" share.
Do I need to do anything special in the Category set up to deal with the space in the share name?

No, nothing special.
As long as you enter it like this (where "server" is your server's name):
\\server\Recorded TV
Works for me.

When I went looking for the file it was missing - then I realised the problem was http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_error - I'd put in \\server\videos\Recorded TV - DOH!!
