Unable to delete item in queue?

I can't delete an item I have queued up and it want download. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still there! Anyone??

Stop SABnzbd.
Start it once like this (assuming Windows 32 bit).
Press WindowsKey-R
Type:
"c:\program files\SABnzbd\SABnzbd.exe" --clean
Press Enter

This will erase your whole queue.
