Don't understand how to access SABNZBD from other homegroup computer

I have a Windows 7 PC upstairs running SABNZBD.  I have a home theatre PC set up downstairs (where the TV is).  They are both on the same network (and part of a homegroup).  What I cannot figure out is how what I need to type into the address bar on the downstairs computer to tap into SABNZBD running upstairs.

I've read through the various instructions and all I can gather is that I have to set the IP in SABNZBD config to 0.0.0.0

Then what?

Do I just type 0.0.0.0/SABNZBD/ in the downstairs computer's browser address bar?  If so, it's not working for me. 

Could someone give me a bit of help here.  I really have done my best to search for the answer first.

You need to type :

You have to find out the IP address of the machine running SABnzbd. On Windows you can use "ipconfig" for that. Your IP address will probably something like 192.168.x.y or 10.0.x.y.

After findin that IP address (in my case 192.168.1.37), access SABnzbd via a URL like http://192.168.1.37:8080/

It does .  Thank you.  I guess that's the kind of knowledge that is considered common these days.  I guess some of us still need step-by-step instructions for things like this

On Mac OS and Ubuntu Linux it's easier: http://.local:8080/ . On Windows, you can install "Bonjour for Windows" to get the same behaviour, see http://download.cnet.com/Bonjour-for-Wi ... 93550.html

On Windows, you could also try the computer name (like http://:8080/ to see if that works.
