Pause Queue only!

I think I have a good one, I think, it would be nice if you could pause the queue but still have RSS check and download of NZBs into the paused queue. If you pause SABNZB its completely dead I think some parts should still work? Of course only as option in the pause menu and in the sheduler. Like this you cant miss anything even if SABNZB is paused. It should be called "pause queue only".

"Pause" only stops the download queue, everything else continues.
Only the special scheduler command "pause_all" will stop all activity.
