Hello,
I looked in the forum for similar issue. There is a lot of messages about this error message but most of the time related to OSX or Unix.
I am personnaly running Win 7 using Boot Camp on a Mac Mini. My version of Sabnzbd is the latest one (0.5.4)
So basically I am using a NAS and i know it can cause issues but this one i cannot understand.
If i mount the drive let's say to the drive letter S:\ and then i put as complete folder the folder S:\Complete, it says "Cannot create the S:\Complete folder".
When if i try manually it works of course. I tried to launch Sabnzbd with Admin rights but it did not change anything.
Any ideas? Pointers maybe?
Thanks a lot for you answers.

Re: Cannot create directory error message
I believe writing to the ROOT of a HDD gives problems
On the ROOT, create a folder , save everything to there and it should be OK

Re: Cannot create directory error message
Hi,
thanks for the answer.
Actually, this was an example. The configuration right now would be S:\Sabnzbd\Complete.
I tried to use different folders, one was indeed at the root others were not.
Also, i wanted to add that this NAS hard drive I used under Mac OSX for a couple of months and did not reformat since.
