installing SABnzbd in Sabayon Linux 5.4

Hi,

I was wondering if there wS  relativly simple way of installing SABznbd using Sabayon Linux 5.4...

I have used SABnzbd for years on windows platform, but wuld like to use it on my linux box...

When it comes to linux i am a low level noobie... so any help (with as muxh steo by step guidance) would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

If Sabayon has decent repository, it need not be difficult.
You need Python 2.4 or higher (upto 2.6) plus
the Python modules Cheetah, yEnc and (optionally) PyOpenSSL.
You'll also need the par2 and unrar utilities.

When you have those, just grab the tar.gz distribution file,
unpack it somewhere and start:
python SABnzbd.py

Without repository modules you can follow these instructions (although not literally):
