Post by Yustme »

Hi,

First of all, this application looks AWESOME. Great job who ever made it!

I am having some download issues. I got an nzb file imported successfully but its not downloading.

Im getting this error for all my connections:

failed, message=501 Bad Command Usage

What am I doing wrong guys?

Version SABnzbd-0.4.0Beta5
OS windows xp sp2
Installed type windows exe installer
Templates not using templates
Firewall Software: all turned off windows firewall and mcafee firewall
Are you using IPV6? (no)
Is the issue reproducible? (yes)

Thanks in advance!

You should supply more information if you want help.

What is the Usenet provider you use?
What are the server settings you filled in (you don't have to tell us the username/password).

Just a gamble:

Have you set the switch "Send Group" in Config->Switches to "Yes".
Some servers require this.

You did set a proper username and password?

Could you email the file sabnzbd.log to bugs at sabnzbd.org ?
You can get it via the Connections page.

Hi,

I set the switch "Send Group" to "Yes", but that didn't do any good.

The username and password are copy/pasted into the textboxes without spaces (I double checked).

So that's fine, i'll mail the log file to bugs email adres.

There's nothing wrong with either speedxs.nl or SABnzbd.
My one-day account is happily downloading from both a Linux box and a Windows box.
No problem whatsoever.

Must be something in your setup.
Check and double check please.
