Help with RSS feeds

Can someone please help me with setting up RSS feeds?
An example or 2 would be appreciated.
Mainly I want to set it up for all the series that are starting again this week.

Oh, the news host url is a local nzb site in South Africa, I've heard that it's supposed to work.

1) Don't post about stuff you're downloading.
2) Don't post uncensored screenshots.
3) There's a chance that SABnzbd doesn't work with your nzb source, but we can't check because everything is behind a password and registration is closed for that site.
4) You're really probably better off using sickbeard, or a site like nzbs.org where you can filter results server-side rather than within SABnzbd.

I got help from a friend, hopefully it works now. And yeah, I'm using nzbs.org now.
