Allow filesize limit for RSS feeds

Sometimes my RSS feed downloads a whole series (HD content) and I do not wish to have these files. It would be great to put a filesize limit on and this would stop any of these full series downloads.

There's a poor man's solution here:

Look for parameter "size_limit".

this only makes them low priority though right?
If its the only one in the list how does this make any difference?
