hi all,
I am new to sabnzbd, and i must say, it is quite fabulous.
I've been trying to setup RSS with nzbmatrix, and I swear I am doing things right.
1. I've added the RSS feed and activated it.
2. I've made sure to use the correct login name and API keys, and I can confirm the rss feeds are being correctly read during the "preview" mode.
3. I've set RSS feed refresh to the minimum of 15 minutes.
I know the rss feeds are setup correcly, because I can manually force download and they are being read.
However, they do not automatically start, when I enable the debug logs, I just see the following,
Trying title *************,
Filter matched on rule 1
and nothing else happens.
adding some more info about my setup
Version: 0.5.3 Final
OS: Windows XP SP3
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin (if applicable): Plush
Firewall Software: Windows XP firewall, router firewall
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? yes
Is there something I am doing wrong here?
Many thanks to everyone and all the developers.

hey pair of dimes,
actually i feel really stupid now. I in fact was doing everything right, but just didnt wait long enough for the dl to actually start... haha.
i guess i was assuming after I do the preview, the dl would start automatically, since it's basically checking the RSS feeds for new items. Anyways, I gave up and left for about 20 minutes, and returned to see the download proceeding smoothly..
so...just impatience on my part.
Thanks for the advice anyways!
cheers.
