I have jsut built a new PC that will be my main download machine, But I have ~200gb in the queue on my Notebook.
Can I move the queue to the other machine without having to find and re-download the NZB's again? Is there a simple way?

Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Copy all folders to the new PC using the same paths.
Everything in:
Windows XP/2003: c:\documents and settings\user\local data\application data\sabnzbd
Windows Vista or 7: c:\Users\user\AppData\Local\sabnzbd
Plus your "temporary download folder".
