Multiple queues

Post by bouldersgate »

I would like multiple queues so that I can make better use of my on-peak/off-peak Internet connection. Essentially I would be able to run important downloads added from an RSS feed during on-peak and then switching over to less important ones in another queue during my off-peak period

Interesting suggestion.
We'll see if it can be added to the scheduler somehow.

Sorry for dragging up an old thread, but I too would like to request this feature.
Maybe add option to scheduler to start/stop based on category selection (category Off-Peak resumes at 23:00 hours, Pause Off-Peak at 06:00 hours).

oh oh oh yes please.

Currently I'm doing it with two installs on two different machines.

Daily stuff on one machine that is running.

And other stuff on another machine, paused until the end of the month.

Rather than have seperate queues, would it not make more sense to be able to say for example:

Only download high priority files between 9-5:30 and download normal + below at other times.
