Folder Settings - NAS won't work

Post by mastermischke »

Hey guys.

I've got a serious problem ;-)

I'm running the newest version of SABNZB+ on my Win7 HTPC.

Attached to my LAN i got a Qnap TS 410 with 4TB.

When i try to change the folder settings in sabnzb i can't get it to work with the NAS Path.

The NAS is attached under" my computer" as a network harddisk.

I tried \\Servername\folder\folder and also Z:\Foldername\folder but nothing works.

after every sabnzb restart there are this damn default folders listed :-(

Can somebody help?

Before SABnzbd starts, the NAS shares must already be mounted.
Does SABnzbd run under your personal user account?

SABnzbd is agnostic to drive paths, it just sends them to the OS.
If it cannot see its folders when needed, it will just create the default ones.
Running as admin may make things worse instead of better, since you
are using different credentials are an admin.
How do you start SABnzbd?
