Usually there is no 404.
You ask for an NZB file and you get junk.
The next release will react to nzbmatrix junk with an automatic retry.
For other sites an entry will be listed in history, with a retry link.
For most sites it's not a good idea to retry on anything except a plain timeout.
E.g. tvnzb locks a report number after 5 attempts (independent of a successful retrieval).

Hate to resurrect a dead thread, but running out of options. Out of nowhere, RSS from NZBs.org have failed. I can see the data in the RSS feed and even the rss_data.sab file. However, SAB refuses to download. Debug log shows 'filter matched on rule 0', but I can't find anything that actually helps define what 'rule 0' is. Either way - no downloady, no love.

FWIW, I'd downloaded several things over the last few weeks using the RSS feed, no issues. Last night, probably 20 things - one failed with CRC issues. Today, brokey. Interestingly enough, it's reading the RSS feed OK, just not processing it. Using 'force download', it starts downloading. Just upgraded to latest version of SABNZBd, same issues. Curious...
