Is it possible that the new version could of given me issues with unpacking. After the upgrade my unpacking of files has been all over the place. The worst I've seen it so far was for a 4gb file. It took 47 hours to unpack.
I'm not purposely trying to put the blame on the new version, but I was not having those issues before.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

The only factor of influence is the unrar program itself.
We now carry unrar 3.91.
You can try to replace it with the unrar of an older SABnzbd release.
