I’m relatively new to SABnzbd and have a little issue with it.
I’ve been using SABnzbd for some time now (what a great product). Most of the time it’s working like a charm. However, I run into an issue which I’m not sure how to resolve. I’ve downloaded some stuff from a newsnet. Upon completion, all files have been moved from the Queue to the History. Now, the history got stuck at verifying some files at a particular download. All other downloads have been queued in the history.
It’s been like that for days, and it’s not moving. I tried to purge the history, press the delete button next to the download, restart the box but to no avail. I’ve even tried to delete the folder from the Incomplete, but it’s still stuck at the verifying.
Does anyone know how to purge it manually? Is there s file I can delete to clear out the history completely?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

OK. Sorted!
I’ve removed all directories from Incomplete and restarted box. Got all downloads in the History to failed and purged it.
