Problem with the rss functionality

I been running sabnzbd v5.0 on windows 7 since late february
I followed the wiki to set up my rss reader to the tv feed from nzbmatrix.com.
I am a paid member there and i ve entered the api key in general config.
Every day my dl queue hangs on "Trying to fetch NZB from" + the name of the feed, and since i ve set up the checking interval at 45 min, i would have several attempts to dl with this same message in the span of a few hours.

Can anyone plz offer some insight?

Do the attempts end up in your History after some time?

The result is always the same
The exact message im gettin in my dl queue is

Trying to fetch NZB from http://nzbmatrix.com/nzb-details.php?id=599053&hit=1

Can  anyone share some insight or help plz

This is an example of a correct RSS feed URL:
http://rss.nzbmatrix.com/rss.php?cat=documentaries&dl=1

This is what will be sent to nzbmatrix.com to get the NZB:
https://nzbmatrix.com/api-nzb-download. ... LONGAPIKEY

Set the logging level to  "Info".
Try another nzbmatrix download and then look in the log file.
(All on Connections page).
Look for "Grabbing URL https://nzbmatrix".

Looked through the logs and found the proper call to nzbmatrix

I shut down my pc for the first time in a week, and had a good surprise. The rss functionality works as intended.
But upon putting the laptop in hibernation mode (thing i do every morning before going to work) the problem resurfaced. I haven't had the chance to retest by restarting the laptop. (or shutting down)

Is there any known issues between sabnzbd 0.5.0 and Windows 7 hibernation on laptops?

Version: 0.5.0 Final
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Edition
Install-type: Windows Installer, fresh install after testing all the public betas of 0.5.0 (havent tried the rss with any of the betas or the RC)
Skin (if applicable): Plush
Firewall Software: Windows Firewall and Microsoft Security Essentials installed
Are you using IPV6? NO
Is the issue reproducible? Yes, upon resuming from hibernation mode

Only that we do not test it.
The only thing that we do test is auto-hibernate-when-queue-is-empty.
