No active primary servers defined

First time user... just trying to get set up. Any help would be appreciated.

Version: 0.4.12
OS: Vista 64bit
Install-type: Windows Installer
Firewall Software: None
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? yes

Errors:
2010-02-11 22:23:53,061 ERROR Permissions (None) not correct, use OCTAL notation!
2010-02-11 22:23:53,065 WARNING [downloader] No active primary servers defined, will not download!

Stupid question: Have you set up servers yet? If you haven't, set them up! You need a Usenet Host to be able to get stuff from Usenet. If you have, then that warning is likely old, from before you set up servers.

Yes, I'm using astraweb -

Specifically: ssl.astraweb.com:563

I have also read other threads on this topic and set my ini file permissions to 0777.

Update: A reboot Solved my issue.
