Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

Can I recover the queue if I have the SABnzbd_nzo_xxxxxx files?
It seems like I accidentally overwrote the queue7.sab file after trying to repair my queue after a clean install of Windows. Anyway, I checked the log file and it seems the different downloads in the queue are loaded from these SABnzbd_nzo_xxxxxx files which I still have so can I recover my queue using these files?

I opened them with DAMN NFO Viewer and I can see the filenames of the files included in the original NZB so I'll be able to find the NZBs back on Newzbin and so I don't need to recover the queue anymore. Topic solved.
