Failed download visible in directory

Been using the program for some time now, currently using the RC3.

Since RC3 (before i used stable 0.4.12) every download directory seems to contain a valid file(s), but it is not always the case. Even failed downloads have a 'valid' name
Before RC3 if the download failed i got failed in front of it, so correcting/finding the faulty ones was much easier.

Is it a design feature, did i miss a setting or just something i have to live with...

Failed downloads will get you the _FAILED__ prefix, unless:
- You switched "Post-process only verified jobs" off
- You set the INI file option 'folder_rename' off
