SABNZBD won't work with software firewall? No firewall installed

Everything was working good.  I reset my cable modem when I moved it.. now I get this.

I have tried changing host in the .ini file to 0.0.0.0

I have also tried pinging localhost and putting that address in browser instead of localhost.

Basically tried every solution that I could find by searching in the forums.

I did just switch ISP's, but I had it working earlier today...

Frustrating as hell because SABNZB is the only newsreader that was friendly enough for someone as stupid as me to figure out in the first place.  I tried hogwash and some others, but they might as well be in Chinese as far as I'm concerned.  Please put on your kid gloves with me, because I really don't know a whole lot about anything other than this program when it is working kicks ass.

                      Firefox 3.5.7 (won't work in safari either)
                      Sabnzbd 0.4.12

what IP is in the ini file ?

Did maybe your Mac (PC) IP change when you resetted the modem ?

Try to set the IP in the ini file , instead of blank or 0.0.0.0
