Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Hi i'm new to sab just started using it this week. I set it up the other day and it seemed to be working fine, now when i try downloading its finding the nzbs and loading them to the queue and then nothings happening eta is unknown and it aint downloading. I have tried a couple of different nzbs but still nothing? Can anyone help me out here?

Set logging level to "Debug" and see what shows in the logging file (also Connections page).
Error in connection page "permissions none use octal notation" the error was there the other day but it was still downloading fine and as far as i could make out from the forums as long as i am running windows (which i am) it didn't matter. Its definitely not paused and i haven't changed any settings that i know of since i set it up. I changed the setting in connection page to dubug and tried again but still not working When i stay in the connections page the connections appear then the screen clicks as if its refreshing itself and the connections dissapear?
The error message is irrelevant and can be ignored.
The Connection screen auto-refreshes every 4 seconds
and gives you a snapshot of the current situation.
Do you ever see long lines below the server names?
