Hi, I was reading the other post (unpacking failed) and my files are being saved in a folder on my desktop. I'm new to forums so hopefully I'm doing this correctly. I have sabnzbd+ v4.12 on a XP SP2 with Norton 360 virus protection. Everything is downloading where it should however the files are still compressed RAR files. I'm using AstraWeb, Newzbin and the sab. I switched to AstraWeb because Usenet no longer works for me. When I had usenet working the files were downloaded, uncompressed and put into the corresponding files i.e AVI., ISO. etc. The enable unrar and unzip boxes are checked on the sab.
Thanks for the help,
Snomekla

Re: Unpacking RAR Files
astraweb is just a commercial operator of Usenet servers.
So you didn't really stop Usenet.
Check your post-process options, they should be "D" or "+Delete".
Only then will rar files be unpacked and subsequently removed.
