Get help with all aspects of SABnzbd

Help us help you:
  • Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.
  • Tell us what system you run SABnzbd on.
  • Adhere to the forum rules.
  • Do you experience problems during downloading?
    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
  • Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
    Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

New to SAB

Hi,

I am totally new to SAB.  Just wanted to know how to use this apps.  I have newzbin and easynews. I have config the necessarily info - servers and newzbin info.  How do I actually use this apps and eventually to download stuff?

Thanks for the info.  I am not quite sure how you go about downloading nzb files using SAB?  I don't see a place to specify what nzb files I wanted to download?

You don't use SABnzbd to download NZB files.
You should already have these and use them to tell
SABnzbd to do the actual downloading.

If you are very new to Usenet downloading, SABnzbd may
not be the easiest program to start with.
