i constantly get the error TIMED OUT

Im using sabznbd+ for several months now, and since 2 weeks i get TIMED OUT errors. At first i couldnt connect at all, but i got my program to work again. But after some time of dwnling my program TIMES OUT again, the only thing that works is to shut down the program and restart it, but after some time the error occurs again. This is very annoying when u dwnl at night when ur asleep
Is there any solution to this problem? Other newsgroup programs work just fine, very weird
i hope someone can help me cause i dont want to switch programs

Have you tried upgrading to 0.5.0 Beta4 ?

yes i installed the latest beta, still the same problem
