Hey guys.. I have been having an issue with any .nzb's I have downloaded from both tvnzb.com and nzbs.org not working. I download the .NZB, place them in the watch folder and they just sit there. Conversely, I have used .nzb's from BinTube.com and they work flawlessly every time. I am using Mac OS X 10.6.2 and have tried multiple versions of SABnzbd up to the latest beta and I continue to have this issue. It doesn't seem to matter what .nzb I download from those two sites, they will never work. I tried searching for this answer already, so I apologize if it was already answered elsewhere.
Thanks.

Re: NZB's not working...
What happens if you just upload the NZB files from the main page?
We have no problems with tvnzb.com or nzbs.org.
Can you check if there are errors lin the log file?
Have you looked in the NZB files, do they look like other working files?

Re: NZB's not working...
Ok. Here's what I have tried. On the same network, I installed the same version of SABnzbd on a Windows box. From that box, I have no problems with any of the files or RSS downloads. I have tested downloading them directly on both systems and the Mac fails every time while the PC works every time. I tried removing the following: ~/.sabnzbd/* ~/Library/Application Support/sabnzbd and also removed the .app, emptied the trash and copied the .app from the DMG. I then went through the setup, configured it for my news server and tested it, I get the same results.. I disabled GlimmerBlocker, Little Snitch and tried accessing it from Chrome and Firefox as well as Safari. Here is a copy of 1 of the log entries from a failed RSS grab.
*EDIT: Adding .nzb's from the main page do not work either, it just sits there and does nothing with them. If I drop the .nzb's directly into the watch folder, they just sit there and go nowhere.

Re: NZB's not working...
I just tested on a fresh install on my Mac Book and it worked fine. There has to be some conflict on my Mac Pro. Where are all the SABnzbd files located? I will try and remove everything I can find and install from scratch.

Re: NZB's not working...
Update: It's now working.
I tied the problem back to GlimmerBlocker. Even though it was disabled, the damn thing configured everything to go through a local proxy which I hadn't realized. This was killing SABnzbd, though I still have no idea why Bintube.com worked. Anyway, it is now correctly picking up watched files as well as any RSS feeds. I hope this maybe helps someone else in the future.
