RSS Feed Refresh/Force Download Option on Queue Page

Would be handy to have the ability to refresh or force a download from all the rss feeds from the queue page.  As it is it takes several clicks and only can force each feed one at a time.

Why would you?
Just tick the checkbox in the upper left corner of each feed and
they will be automatically scanned periodically.

Yes they are already doing that, but sometimes I need to check them more often.  Especially if I'm the one adding to them and know there are new things.
