SABnzbd + Win7 issue

Hi!

I recently installed Win7 x64 ultimate on my computer. I've got a problem with downloading stuff from usenet with SABnzbd. Whenever I try to download something, my internet gets cut. It happens almost every time. I've tried with the firewall off, so it can't be that. When it went down erlier I did a search/troublshoot and Win complained something about "gateway", but according to Win - it got fixed after the search. This was not the case at all. It happened again after internet got back. The thing is, internet ONLY dies on the computer I try to download with, never on the other ones I have. It is always together with SABnzbd. I doubt that it really has anything to do with gateway, since I've tried with the firewall down and all.

I can't get my head around this... Please help.

I do most development on a Win7-64 system. No problems like you describe.
Which firewall do you use?
Any experience with other Usenet downloaders?

I use the standard Win7 firewall. But, like I said, the problem occur even with the firewall turned off. :(

No, I'm not familiar at all with other downloaders. I've alwaysed used SABnzbd and never had a problem like this before. It has always worked perfectly. I'm starting to think that it's my versoin of Win7 that is to blame. But at the same time I find that hard to believe. It's an OEM version though, and what I know, they CAN behave a bit strange.

Done some reseach. It has nothing to do with the downloader itself. It is something with Win7 that is behind the problem. There are more people that have encountered this issue. The thing is it seems like there are several different ways to solve it. But not all works for everyone. I've tried several, but none has worked so far.
