My problem is, that since about 2 weeks my PC freezes when I run sabnzbd + watching video or run any other program.
Version: 0.4.12
OS: Windows 7
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin (if applicable):Default or Plush, both tested
Firewall Software:Windows Firewall
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? yes
PC 2,16 Ghz, 2GB RAM, my system is new installed since 2 weeks
If i only download over night, it normaly works, when sabnzbd is not running, I don´t have any pc problems.
I tried another client alt.binz, same problem, but no problem when downloading per torrent or download manager
Any idea what the problem could be?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Hard to tell.
While downloading SABnzbd will use relatively little resources.
During par2 and unrar, CPU usage and especially disk usage will be very high.
This may very well interfere with watching a movie.
In Windows you cannot set any diskpriorities.
