Extract RAR set while download is in progress (to stream Video)

I would like sab to have the ability to extract the downloading RAR set, while the download is still in progress.  My NMT (Network Media Tank)* will play incomplete files while they are extracting and/or downloading, only fast forwarding & time seeking is disabled.  Ideally it would download the rar set to the temp space and begin the extraction to its final destination, after the first rar in the set was downloaded, the I would stream from the destination.

Just a thought!  I love sab and everything it does, thought I would throw in my 0.02 to try and make this the best product ever!

* I use the EGreat M34A, a 1080P HDMI network media player.  This box was the best $160 I ever spent.  It'll play anything: MKV, BluRay Files, .ISO, .BIN, Raw DVD files, AVI, Flash, EVERYTHING!  It's amazing. I plugged an 802.11N usb adapter into it and it streams over my N network!  If you're still using a full computer based media center, go read about these - I'll never go back!

This is almost impossible to implement, given the way SABnzbd is designed.
What we do support is the way the media player XBMC works: that program just plays the RAR files directly.

Ok... I didn't think it would be too difficult.  Maybe some sort of 'preprocessing' script in addition to the post processing script.  I already do it manually.  I start winrar extracting the first of the archive series and have a little script periodically click 'OK' in winrar to check for a newly downloaded rar in the series and continue extracting.
