Deleting multiple downloads simultaneously after selecting/checking them isn't working yet.
Only the download next to which you click the trash can icon is deleted.

Works for me.

right above the queue. select Multi-operations. Then select the files you want to delete (or: all), and below the Queue, select the thrash icon.
