Download speed based on time slots!!

I think it would be really useful to have download speed changes based on time slot so if i don't want it downloading and taking up all my bandwidth while im home after work till bed time i can throttle it down till i go to bed and then let it run wide open all night until i get up for a few hours and then back to wide open while I'm at work? anyone else think this could be useful?
