I just recently got setup on this and I've been getting these messages throughout the day
I'm not sure what I need to do to fix this this or if it is something I should be worried about

any help would be appreciated

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Easy:
You're SABnzbd is reachable from Internet, and those are ... 'visitors' / 'watchers' / spiders.
So ... do you want your SABnzbd to be reachable from Internet? If so ... then you can expect nosy visitors. As long as your SABnzbd is protected by a login: good. If not: make it unreachable (which is the default)
