This is a residential connection, not dedicated.
I have asked and about my circuit provisioning they told me they have capacity to spare and not to worry about it.

With that kind of setup you might see a difference if you tweak receive_threads and switchinterval slightly up or down in Config/Special. receive_threads is the number of Python threads used for handling download connections and switchinterval is https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/python/py ... al-method/

You may need to restart Sabnzbd after changing a value.

receive threads 8
downloader sleep time 2

is what gave me best results.

I suspect my isp is traffic shaping my connection
I want to do a control test on aws, but i have been unable to set it up successfully for over 1.6GB/s on aws no matter which instance i pick

will try switchtimer, with a value of 1 next
