There's an option in settings to delete instead of archive. I am NOT talking about that. I use Sonarr so I have to archive. However, when we click the trash can on the UI there's the checkbox "Permanently delete (skip archive)". Is there a way to always have that checked? Whenever I clear things out it's getting very annoying to have to select that every single time. It would be nice if it remembered its state.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

During the same session yes. Hit F5 and it goes away or more realistically, close the site and come back later.

You are right. For some reason the checked-state was linked to if you had Archive open or not.
I will fix that so it preserves that between sessions on the same browser.
