Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
I extract all my movies down to the Video_Ts folder and put them on a huge Fat 32 external drive and play through my dvd player usb 2 port.
It needs to be Fat 32 or the player won't recognize it and I need to extract to Video_Ts because you can't put more than a 4GB file on Fat 32.
Is there anyway to automate the process of extracting again?
