My first time posting here.
Forgive me if I'm being stupid, but I'm sure my downloads used to start downloading automatically once I have gathered the NZB file.
Recently I have to collect the NZB, which goes into my 'Downloads' folder, then I have to click on them for them to open and populate into Sabnzbd, once here they download.
Its this extra bit that seems new?
Any help muchly appreciated.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

How a browser such as Edge handles the nzb files you download, is something you'll have to configure in that program. Jobs are only automatically added if you make it open nzb files in sabnzbd by default, or save them in the directory configured as watched folder in sabnzbd.
