Hello,
i noticed today that there are a lot of movies and shows inside my Completed Downloads Folder with the prefix _UNPACK.
These are movies that have been successfully downloaded though for some time now, but these folders havent been deleted by sabnzbd and contain mkv, mp4 etc files that do not play. Probably parts of some previous failed attempt to download?
Is there a setting responsible for this? Is it safe delete them manually?
Cheers,
P

Re: _UNPACK folders taking up disk space
if you click on the wrench up on the right hand side then click on the orphaned jobs you should see them and can delete them from there. I don't have any orphaned jobs so I can't remember if tells you why they are orphaned.
I have deleted them from the directory before without problems but I think best practice would be doing it from the orphaned jobs tab.

Re: _UNPACK folders taking up disk space
The orphaned jobs are only jobs that are stuck in the Incomplete folder.
If you have left Unpack folders it usually means something went wrong during post processing.

Re: _UNPACK folders taking up disk space
These are jobs in which post processing failed.
Just to be sure, do you have many failed jobs in the history?
Or do you have Post process only verified jobs turned Off?

Re: _UNPACK folders taking up disk space
if i select Show Archive/Show All and Show Failed/Show All filters, i can see i have some that were aborted and others failed to repair, but these are not the ones i see in my Downloads folder with the UNPACK prefix.
Post process only verified jobs is turned on.
