Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Self-explanatory: the UsenetExpress server failed to respond. This is a UsenetExpress problem.
Usenetexpress problem, got it. Now, is there a solution to this or is just that "usenetexpress" kind sucks?
