Authentication Issues with SABnzbd

Hello,

SABnzbd Version 4.3.1
I tried it on a HP Laptop Elite book and a PC with a 12gen I7

I have tried both easynews and newsdemon

I have tried both SABnzb and NZBGet with the same issues




I am experiencing authentication issues with SABnzbd when trying to connect to news demon server. I have tried multiple solutions, but the problem persists. Below is a detailed description of the steps I have taken:

Issue Description:

SABnzbd Error: "Authentication failed, check username/password."


Steps Taken:

Verified Credentials:
Double-checked username and password for typos.
Ensured no leading or trailing spaces.

Server Configuration:
SABnzbd settings:
Host: news.newsdemon (dot com as i can't post this with a "Link")
Port: 119 (for non-SSL) or 563 (for SSL)
SSL: Tried both enabled and disabled based on port.
Connections: Tried starting with 1 connection.


Telnet Test:
Successfully connected to news.newsdemon (dot com as i can't post this with a "Link") on port 119 using Telnet:

"200 Welcome (n08.iad1)"

Changed DNS Settings:

Updated router DNS settings to use Google DNS:
Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4
Verified DNS change using nslookup:

It would've been nice if you had done a manual authentication there.
