Not downloading on newshosting

Hello,

ive just setup sabnzb on my truenas and i can't download anything, ive also tried the test files and it doesn't even fetch it.
im on newshosting and testing the server gives me the green.

i looked into the destination folders, files are created, permission is set to 0777 so it should be able to write.

Are you getting I any errors or just no progress?
In the Status window, is any errors shown?

just no progress, the logs are free of any error.

You can enable Debug logging in the Status window and restart SABnzbd. You can then more clearly see where it gets stuck, if it can open connection etc

ok simple restart from interface is not enough for debug, i relaunched the jail and there you have it

unfortunally. a quick pkg search doesn't show any 7.0.1 version. i think i used 13.2 kernel when creating the jail.
changing the jail to 12.4 doesn't help, when installing sabnzbd again from scratch, it fetches sabctools 7.1

found some instruction to downgrade to 7.0.1, should be ok.

is there a simple command line to update to 4.0.3 ?

And you didn't have a big fat warning of that in your SABnzbd GUI?

Check TrueNAS firewall settings, verify Newshosting server configuration, review SABnzbd categories and paths, ensure disk space availability, and monitor logs for errors to diagnose download issues.
