Hey guys,
I'm currently migrating from nzbget to sabnzbd. I'm using 3.1.1 from debian bullseye (yes I know a bit outdated). The server is HDD only, however it has plenty of RAM thus incomplete and complete folders point to a tmpfs.
nzbget gives me a continuous datarate of ~ 108 MB/s.
sabnzbd on the other hand limits at around 88 MB/s.
CPU is a Intel Xeon E5-1650V3 but the load does not go beyond 70% of one core. What can I try out to get more performance out of it?
P.S. some further information which I think are not relevant:
It runs in a lxc container of Proxmox (same container as nzbget). It uses native IPv6 connectivity routed by the host.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

We're now at SABnzbd 4.0.3 ... which has a lot of speed improvements.
So do you want that?
FWIW: With SAB 4.0.3, I get 250 MB/s on my i3 with SSD.

However your hint was very good. After installing 4.0.3 I get 110MB/s. Thanks a lot!
